MAZZANTI SPA, a leading building and plant business working all over Italy, has three Divisions:

1. Building Division:

it is engaged in the building of private and public properties, both for residential and commercial/industrial purposes. The Company is engaged in the real estate business and directly develops plans for properties to be sold on the market.

2. Plant Division:

it is engaged in producing plants for buildings, especially electric plants and air conditioning systems (HVAC). It produces control and automation systems for buildings and plants. It is also specialized in refrigeration systems for food preservation. The Company collaborates with the German companies SIEMENS Spa (plants for hospitals and diagnostics) and LINDE KT Spa (refrigeration systems). Environmental comfort and power saving are at the heart of the Company’s planning spirit.

MAZZANTI Group is able to plan, implement and provide assistance on heating and air conditioning plants, so as to allow for a better use of living and working environments. Its knowledge and use of cutting-edge technology enables its technicians to offer complete solutions, guaranteeing ideal comfort within said environments.
